Article 1 - Presentation                                                                                           

The company MARIE VALFORT, whose headquarters is located at Le Moulin Piquet, 42360 PANISSIERES, is an SARL with a capital of 5000,00 €, registered at the St Etienne Trade & Registry of companies, under the registration number: 827 718 016 00013, code NAF 1413Z.

Article 2 - Industrial Property

The company MARIE VALFORT, SARL operates the MARIE VALFORT brand registered at the INPI (National Institute of Industrial Property) under the number 14 4 127373 owned by Mrs. Véronique PERONNET.

The partial or total use of this brand is strictly prohibited, including all visuals displayed on the e-commerce website attached to this trademark.

Article 3 – Purpose

The company MARIE VALFORT, SARL sells women’s clothing and fashion accessories on its online shopping website:

The buyer client can only be an end-consumer of the product.

The buyer client places a product order that is delivered directly to his/her personal address or to a delivery point of his/her choice.

Article 4 - Scope

The MARIE VALFORT, SARL may modify at any time its General Sales Terms and Conditions.

When the buyer client ticks the box “I accept and acknowledge having read the General Sales Terms and Conditions”, he/she unconditionally accepts all the Sales Terms and Conditions applicable on the day of order placement.

Article 5 – Orders

The items featured on the MARIE VALFORT, SARL e-shop website are presented with photos and a technical description that includes the colour options and sizes available, as well as the unitary retail price, including VAT, applicable on the day of order placement.

All retail prices (including VAT) are listed in Euros.

A Size/Measurement Table is available to assist size selection according to the buyer client’s stature.

As the colour of items featured on the online e-shop may vary according to IT applications used by the client, the company MARIE VALFORT SARL cannot be held responsible for colour shade differences observed on the delivered item(s).

Before order placement, the buyer client may request advice concerning his/her product choice/s by sending an email to MARIE VALFORT, SARL at

The shopping basket created to list the order placed by the buyer client is activated for each item ordered and indicates upon order entry the total retail price to pay including VAT.

Before order finalization, it is the buyer client’s exclusive responsibility to control order accuracy according to his/her choice/s.

Order acceptance generates an order reception confirmation message.

A validated order by the buyer client cannot be modified on the MARIE VALFORT, SARL e-commerce website.

The company MARIE VALFORT, SARL reserves the right to cancel any order it deems irregular, comprising anomalous information, or an order placed by a client with whom a previous commercial dispute has existed.

No orders sent by postal mail or by fax to MARIE VALFORT, SARL, will be taken into account.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment for purchase orders can only made with one of the two systems here below, which are the only financial organisations authorised to received confidential data information of the buyer client:

- SOGENACTIF of the SOCIETE GENERALE, by credit card CB, Visa, Eurocard or MasterCard


- PAYPAL, by credit card CB, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express or PAYPAL account.

The buyer client is legally able to place an order and to make a payment transaction using a credit card that he/she is holder of.

The debit of the corresponding order amount is immediate.

Bank details of the buyer client are unknown to MARIE VALFORT, SARL. Consequently this information must be entered upon each new order.

Article 8 - Delivery

The product offers and prices are valid for as long as they are visible on the e-shop.

As from order reception by MARIE VALFORT, SARL, delivery time is 5 working days taking into account logistics service schedules.

Ordered items are delivered by “La Poste Colissimo” and by “La Poste Colissimo Point Relais Pickup” or by DHL in Metropolitan France and Monaco.

For other countries that are listed hereafter, ordered items are delivered by “La Poste Colissimo” or DHL: Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Autria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Irland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mauritania, Morocco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

Free shipping for delivery with La Poste Colissimo in Metropolitan France, Monaco, Andorra and in the following European countries : Autria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Hungary, Irland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

If for any reason, specific to the company, a part of an order cannot be delivered, whilst the buyer client has made full payment, the company MARIE VALFORT, SARL takes the commitment to inform the buyer client and to proceed with a full refund of the concerned article.

For orders of several articles with articles that may have different delivery dates the company MARIE VALFORT, SARL takes the commitment to carry out partial deliveries without adding supplementary delivery fees to the buyer client.

Upon reception, the buyer client must check article conformity of the product/s delivered and listed on the invoice included in the package.

Complaints are to be made directly to the Post at the moment of delivery reception.

Article 9 – Article L211-5 of Consumer Code

To comply with the contract, the product must:

* Be suitable for the purpose usually of a similar product property and where applicable:

- Match the description given by the trader and possess the qualities that he has presented to the buyer and put in its e-shop.

- The features that a buyer might reasonably expect given the public statements made by the seller, particularly in advertising or labelling.

* Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any particular purpose for which the buyer made known to the seller and the latter accepted.

Article 10 - Returns and Product Exchanges

A return document is attached to the invoice and in compliance with Article 121-20 of the Consumer code; the buyer client disposes of a right of withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to return the article(s) at discretion without charge.

The article (or those articles) returned must be in its (their) original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled and sent to MARIE VALFORT, SARL in the complete original packaging accompanied by the return document duly completed and signed, and enclosed in the package. The Colissimo return form must be placed on the outside of the package.

After quality control, the article/s will be refunded by MARIE VALFORT, SARL within 15 days, without any additional fees.

If the buyer client wishes to make a size exchange for the article returned, he/she must fill in the return document with the desired size.

If the buyer client wishes to make a product exchange for another product, he/she must place a new order on the e-shop

MARIE VALFORT, SARL does not accept cash on delivery returns.

Returns are exclusively available with Colissimo and for the following countries : Metropolitan France, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Irland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Article 11 - Treatment of personal data

All orders made to MARIE VALFORT, SARL require the creation of a personal customer space.

Access to your personal customer space is conditioned by identification via the e-mail address indicated at the time of the creation of your account, as well as the confidential login code selected by you.

In the case of non-indication of your personal data, your order cannot be treated.

Computer treatment of personal data is gathered in order to ensure the fulfilment of tasks necessary to the performance of your Order.

This data may not be transferred to a non-member state of the European community.

Article 12 – Jurisdiction

The company MARIE VALFORT, SARL cannot be held liable for the non-execution of an agreed contract due to the emergence of a case of force majeure.

In the case of litigation, only the French commerce courts located in St-Etienne (Loire) will have jurisdiction.

The General Conditions of Sale will be executed and interpreted according to French law only.

The company MARIE VALFORT, SARL cannot be held liable for the non-execution of a contract materialised by the order received from a buyer client in the case of depleted stock, deferred delivery time, Post Office strikes of services responsible for delivery or external conflicts that rendered package delivery impossible.
